Who this covers
SearchAware is a multi-tenant SEO operations product. This page describes data the marketing site, customer portal, and API handle today. It is not a substitute for a signed DPA.
Account data
When you create a workspace we store the email you sign in with, the workspace name, and project domains you add. In local feedback mode the portal can attach a seeded developer user. Production auth is intended to sit behind the customer identity provider; we do not scrape your inbox.
SEO payloads
Rank checks, AI Overview snapshots, competitor keyword gaps, and backlink rows come from DataForSEO using our server credentials. We store the results against your project so history is available in the dashboard. We do not resell those rows as a public dataset.
Google Search Console
Index health requires you to connect Google Search Console. We store OAuth tokens and poll coverage for properties you link to a project. Disconnecting GSC stops new polls. We do not claim full Page Indexing report parity with Google’s UI.
Cookies and analytics
The marketing site is built to show a cookie banner from the nuxt-x-marketing layer. That banner is not visible in the live HTML on this build. Tracking IDs (GTM, GA4, Clarity, or custom tags) are unset, so those scripts do not fire. Do not claim Accept or Reject until the banner ships. See cookies.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data. We do not run fabricated activity toasts or invented testimonials.
